The main portion of the pod is fitted out as a gym studio or other specific equipment of your choice. From weights, treadmill, spinning bike, rowing machine or pilates equipment /TRX or something more simple as a yoga studio.

LED lighting strips inside and outside, outdoor covered area where you can relax/recover or install a punching bag. An integrated kitchenette with fridge or water cooler also optional.

The GYM/SAUNA unit comes with a full wall to ceiling mirror, large sliding patio doors with metal sliding screens to create some additional shading and privacy. Fully air conditioned.
